Mobileye is looking for a learning&training Specialist, the role is part of the HR team and reports to HR manager.

What will YOU do?

  • Establish, develop and implement cross-organizational learning programs for all Mobileye employees.
  • Identifying training needs, Develop and produce internal training materials
  • Translating requirements into training guides and materials.
  • Plan, organize and implement a range of training activities.
  • Deliver learning processes, assess & coordinate training solution
  • Build annual training program and Prepare budget for training programs and workshops

Desired Background

  • 1-2 years' experience in leading training and learning domain- Must (from a global Hi-Tech company - advantage)
  • BA degree in Social science/ Training/ HR or related field
  • Excellent English
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Graphic skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
