What will YOU do?

  • Day to day customer account management
  • Generating quotations to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and give after-sales support when requested, over both email and/or phone
  • A wide range of day to day interactions with the LATAM sales team and with operations, marketing and technical departments
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form (Salesforce and/or Excel) and present reports

Desired Background

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required - Salesforce is a huge advantage
  • Very high level of English (both written and verbal) required- Spanish and/or Portuguese is a huge advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a bachelor's degree (BA or BS)

**The position is temporary for 6 months**
