We are looking for a Help Desk technician Specialist to provide support to users based on Linux & windows environment. Become the firm's front liner, solve basic technical problems and provide support and deal with PC Hardware and Software calls.

What will YOU do?

  • Provide first level contact and deliver resolutions to customer issues.
  • Install and supply PC's Windows and Linux Based.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.

Desired Background

  • 1-2 years of working experience in providing help desk support.
  • Linux & windows for PC's knowledge.
  • Active Directory basic skills.
  • Working knowledge of help desk software (SysAid)- Advantage
  • MCSA/MCITP/CCNA- Advantage
  • Academic degree- Advantage

Preferred Qualification

  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Self-learning, and self-motivated Proficiency in English.
