The position

You will join our amazing ALM Tools Team that manages Jira and other ALM and Atlassian tools to support all areas of the organization from R&D to Operations!

You will be responsible for requirements gathering and implementing business process workflows for over 2000 users all over the organization, from R&D to Operations, to be more efficient, effective, and collaborative.

What your job will look like:

Support Jira, Confluence and JSM administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, permissions schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
Work with various add-ons of Jira and confluence such as Structure, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, CF++, JMWE, Xray etc.
Have an in-depth understanding of the business processes that are supported by Jira.
Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvement for Jira or Confluence workflows and processes in place, identifying where functionality can/cannot meet user requests.
Conduct training for employees on Jira and Confluence regarding how to use the tools, new functionality, etc.

All you need is:

Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or in similar field
2+ years' experience as Jira admin
Experience in process development, workflow management
Experience with Xray and Structure - big advantage
Experience on both Data Centers and Cloud environments - big advantage
Prior experience in a development environment and/or R&D – advantage
Strong organizational skills
Great interpersonal skills
English - High Level
