We are looking for an Admin & Employee Experience Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Herzliya office and create a positive workplace experience for approximately 100 employees. This is a hands-on role covering office operations, vendors, employee wellbeing, events, and business travel. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Herzliya Hills office.
What will your job look like:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, maintenance, equipment, supplies, and infrastructure.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, including sourcing, ongoing communication, negotiations, and cost control.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees on administrative matters and day-to-day office needs.
- Plan and execute employee experience and wellbeing initiatives, company events, celebrations, and activities throughout the year.
- Manage and monitor office and employee experience budgets in coordination with management and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify evolving workplace needs and proactively lead improvements to office operations and the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and related logistics, as needed.
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative projects based on organizational needs.
All you need is:
- At least 1 year of experience in office management, administration, employee experience, or a similar role — a must.
- Strong service orientation and a genuine ability to build positive relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work full-time and on-site at our Herzliya Hills office.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours and travel when required by organizational needs.
