Administrative Assistant for REM
We're looking for an ambitious Office Administrator for our REM group in R&D. We are looking for a responsible individual with a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. What your job will look like:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle daily scheduling tasks.
- Lead and optimize administrative processes and internal projects within the group.
- Assist with communications, email management, meeting materials, and various ad hoc projects.
- Prepare and modify presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Attend meetings, summarize discussions, and proactively follow up on action items.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with the group’s senior leadership.
All you need is:
- BA/MBA degree graduate - Advantage
- High-level written and verbal communication skills – Hebrew & English.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage a high workload efficiently.
- Fast learner, independent, and a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
