About the team:
Join Mobileye’s Autonomous Vehicle (AV) validation division, where algorithmic theory meets real-world performance. You will analyze and stress-test core algorithms powering autonomous driving, evaluating cutting-edge computer vision, machine learning, and multi-sensor systems to ensure safety and system reliability.
What will your job be like?
- Lead the end-to-end performance analysis of complex algorithmic versions and production release candidates.
- Design and execute statistical analysis workflows on high-volume sensor and drive data to spot regressions, edge cases, and systemic biases.
- Leverage modern AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate analytical pipelines, automate reporting, and write validation scripts.
- Work cross-functionally with Algorithm Engineers, System Architects, and Product Leads to make critical go/no-go production deployment decisions.
- Synthesize multi-dimensional data findings into clear, actionable executive and technical reports
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Data Science, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems focus), or an exact quantitative discipline.
- 2-4 years of proven hands-on experience in data analysis, algorithm validation, or system performance evaluation in a tech-driven product environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation and statistical evaluation.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI dev tools/agents into daily work to streamline analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate anomalies, spot statistical artifacts, and draw concrete conclusions from noisy big data.
- Professional fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) to convey complex algorithmic trade-offs.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in the automotive, robotics, or computer vision domains.
- Familiarity with autonomous driving benchmarks, simulation frameworks, or ML
