The position

What your job will look like:

  • Support various aspects of accounting issues
  • Handling on-going task related to the company's activities
  • Participating in the process of closing the reporting periods and consolidation process (quarterly and annually)
  • Various management reporting
  • Work closely with the team leader to set and implement policies, accounting & procedures
  • Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records
  • Monitoring bookkeeping tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
  • Assisting in preparation of annual solo and tax reports

All you need is:

  • BA in accounting, CPA - Must
  • 3 years' experience as an auditor in an accounting firm
  • Previous asst. Controller or other similar position experience
  • Experience in Hi-Tech companies – Advantage
  • Experience in US public companies – Advantage
  • Tax knowledge
  • US GAAP knowledge 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent English (written and verbal) – Must
  • Experience with ERP (NetSuite - advantage)   
  • Ability to function well under pressure and with heavy workload (short timetable)
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Good people skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Team player
