e are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the department's business operations, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for financial oversight, operational process optimization, and oepr

What will your job look like?

  • Drive and improve operational workflows and processes across the department to increase efficiency and scalability, working closely with the department's VP and management.
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-team operational coordination and alignment.
  • Track department KPIs and deliverables, providing regular status updates to department VP (dashboards, reports.)
  • Knowledge management - create, refine, and manage department templates (procedures, presentations, onboarding).
  • Manage and track the department's budget, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Build annual budget, identify financial gaps, analyze variances, rolling forecast.
  • Organize and coordinate meeting spaces for conferences, offsites, and team events.
  • Oversee catering and refreshments, managing catering orders and budget.
  • Support additional logistical needs.

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ownership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams and management level.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant operational tools.
  • Experience with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) - an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
