As a Commercial Business Development Manager you will be working in the ADAS business development group, and lead the commercial lifecycle of Supervision and Automated driving solutions  

What will your job look like?

  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle from RFI/RFQ, quote process and commercial negotiation of Supervision/Automated driving solutions
  • Lead discussions with OEMs, create long term relationships with customers and negotiate with strategic customers  
  • Accountable for ongoing management of an assigned project portfolio
  • Develop negotiation strategies based on an assessment of financial targets, contractual terms, Independence strategic objectives, and industry trends.
  • Translate technical activities into commercial aspects in a simple and clear manner.
  • Facilitate internal discussions with technology teams, legal, finance and Operations   

All you need is:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, MBA an advantage   
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a software or ADAS companies
  • Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented but with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
