Construction Project Manager
For Mobileye's Operations Department, we're looking for an experienced project manager in the field of construction, infrastructure and asset management, for the benefit of leading projects from the characterization phase through budget building to delivery for end customers. The role includes end-to-end management of projects in those fields, changing infrastructure and adapting to the exact needs of end customers, leading planning teams, budget management and execution management.
What Will Your Job Look Like
- Gather BU program and growth forecasts.
- Translate business needs into space requirements.
- Lead project justification and approval processes.
- Budget planning and control.
- Provide essential input during property searches and lease negotiations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Real Estate, Legal, and Finance.
- Lead planning and design processes with internal and external consultants.
- Manage all project-related procurement in collaboration with the Procurement team.
- Manage interfaces with Mobileye’s internal disciplines involved in operating the space, including Security, IT, and Smart Buildings.
- Oversee construction through full site execution.
- Handover the site to the Facilities Operations group.
- Project closeout.
All You Need Is
- 2+ years of experience in project management and supervision in the relevant fields - Must.
- High level English reading / writing / speaking.
- Ability to work in parallel on several projects.
- Practical engineer or a relevant B.Sc. - an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors & tenders.
- Familiarity with complex electro-mechanical systems.
