Mobileye is looking for a Customer Support SW Engineer for resident contact window at customer site in supporting their deployment of Mobileye AVP products and providing SW technical support.
The position
- You will join Mobileye AV platform Customer Support China team.
- You will be resident contact window for Mobileye product’s SW technical support during development and SOP.
- You will be responsible for SW issues analysis and debug, together with the customer, provide technical solutions where applicable.
- You will work closely and coordinate with the Mobileye Autonomous vehicle ECU platform, the CM (Contractor Manufacture) and with Mobileye customers (OEMs).
- You will work directly with various Mobileye teams (System, Hardware, Software, Safety, Cybersecurity and Production control team).
- You will get to be exposed and be part of building the most challenging and inspiring product in the Automotive domain (full self-driving cars and semi self-driving cars).
All you need is:
- Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Willingness for resident based at Hangzhou Bay.
- Minimum two years of System validation or SW analysis in automotive electrical & electronics industry.
- Working experience for Autonomous Driving Systems products and ability to debug computerized systems.
- Strong communication skills and customer interface experience.
- Good knowledge in automotive bus systems (Ethernet/CAN/Flexray) and their tools. – a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of SOC and MCU architecture and their basic software-(Linux OS/AUTOSAR) – a plus
- Good English skills both verbal and writing – a must
- Driving license – a must
