Responsibilities岗位职责
- Design the joint motor controller PCB: inverter stage (MOSFET selection, gate drivers), phase current sensing, bus voltage sensing, and protections
- 设计关节电机控制器 PCB:逆变级(MOSFET 选型、栅极驱动)、相电流采样、母线电压采样与保护
- Design encoder, temperature, and auxiliary sensor interfaces on the board
- 在板上设计编码器、温度与辅助传感器接口
- Integrate the communication physical layer (EtherCAT/CAN) and MCU subsystem in partnership with the embedded team
- 与嵌入式团队合作,集成通信物理层(EtherCAT/CAN)与 MCU 子系统
- Own layout for high-current, high-density, thermally constrained boards that package inside actuator modules
- 负责需封装于执行器模块内部的大电流、高密度、受热约束PCBA的布局
- Run board bring-up: power-on, signal integrity, current loop sanity, thermal validation under load
- 进行PCBA调试上电(Board bring up):上电、信号完整性、电流环合理性以及负载下的热验证
- Iterate fast across board revisions with local PCB/PCBA suppliers together with sourcing
- 与供应链团队一起,借助本地 PCB/PCBA 供应商在各版本板卡间快速迭代
- Support EMI/EMC robustness and harness/connector definition with the power systems engineer
- 与电源系统工程师一起支持 EMI/EMC 鲁棒性以及线束/连接器的定义
Requirements任职要求
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related fileds
- 电气工程或相关专业学士或硕士学位
- 8+ years designing motor drive or power electronics boards (BLDC inverters, servo drives, ESCs, or similar)
- 8年以上电机驱动或功率电子板卡设计经验(无刷直流逆变器、伺服驱动器、电调或类似产品)
- Strong schematic and layout skills (Altium or equivalent) for mixed-signal, high-current designs
- 针对混合信号、大电流设计具备扎实的原理图与布局能力(Altium 或同类工具)
- Hands-on bring-up and debug experience: oscilloscopes, current probes, thermal measurement
- 具备动手调试上电与排错经验:示波器、电流探头、热测量
- Solid understanding of FOC drive requirements: current sensing accuracy, PWM dead-time, gate drive design
- 扎实理解 FOC 驱动的各项要求:电流采样精度、PWM 死区时间、栅极驱动设计
- Experience working closely with firmware teams on board bring-up
- 具备在板卡调试上电中与固件团队紧密协作的经验

- Experience with integrated actuator drives ('smart joints') in robotics or drones
