Mobileye is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our one-of-a-kind HR team. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will play an integral role in creating a unique and exciting employee experience at the company – positioning Mobileye as an industry leader in the employee experience field. We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented, independent, and out-of-the-box thinker who will lead employee experience initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you’re a creative person who generates the best ideas in the room, always searching and dreaming about the next big thing but never overlooking the small details, if you have a touch and feel for design and aesthetics, a strong hands-on approach together with excellent communication skills - your place is with us! Mobileye’s offices are spread across the country - including Jerusalem, Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, and Haifa. As part of the role, flexibility is required to travel between the different sites as needed
What will your job look like:
- You will build and execute an annual plan that supports and emphasizes employee experience.
- Plan, design concepts, and execute (end-to-end) company events, team-building activities, holiday and achievement celebrations, toasts, lectures, wellness activities, and more.
- Take care of employees’ lifecycle gifts, recognition, welcoming kit for new employees, etc.
- Create & publish content related to employee experience for internal communication.
- Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, Finance, and more to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience.
- Work closely with suppliers and service providers.
All you need is:
- 5+ years of experience in the employee experience field at a high-tech company
- Experience in producing large-scale events
- High operational skills, great multi-tasker and deadline-oriented
- High energy and collaborative team player with a positive approach and spirit
- Great written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Proven ability to initiate projects and work independently in a dynamic work environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic Graphic design skills – advantage
- Experience in publishing internal corporate communications - advantage
