We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our AV SW group! If you share our passion for tackling complexity head-on and leading cross-functional, business-critical initiatives that shape our products and technology, this role is for you.
What will your job look like:
- Own end-to-end execution of software development programs, with a deep understanding of the product, system architecture, and technical dependencies
- Drive prioritization and execution across multiple teams, actively pushing critical work forward and removing blockers
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, surface risks early, and lead mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Provide clear, accurate status and decision-ready insights to stakeholders and management
All you need is:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- Strong technical understanding
- 2+ years of experience managing software development programs in an R&D environment, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
- Proven experience working closely with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders, with excellent communication and management skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, including identifying critical and urgent tasks and driving execution accordingly
- Strong ownership mindset, proactively pushing tasks forward, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery
