The position

Mobileye's EyeQ Platform Group in Haifa is looking for an embedded SW developer who will be responsible for validating video interface untin in Mobileye SoC.
As an experienced embedded developer with good C++ knowledge you'll be engaged in wide range of activities, writing object oriented C++ code on mobileye's proprietary validation OS, interfacing to low-level drivers, integrating your code into C++ frameworks, providing features for interactive SoC usage, utilizing on SoC scripting engines for added flexibility, and taking an active part in customer board bringups, solving challenging hardware problems together with HW engineers.
While your focus would be on OO C++ code, our group's area of responsibility resides on a SW/HW boundary and thus requires ability to understand and use HW specifications for SW drivers and tests development.

What will your job look like?

  • Developing C++ code for a multi-threaded, multi-core system under a custom real-time operating system on MIPS/RISC-V processor range
  • Design and implementation of Video interface C++ drivers and frameworks, as well as, maintaining, and enhancing existing ones.
  • Board bring-up activity and debug of existing systems with Mobileye's proprietary system on a chip.

All you need is:

  • BSc in Computer-Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in C++ programming
  • 3+ years of experience in embedded SW
  • Ability to work with HW specifications and develop SW in bare-metal/rtos environment
  • Experience in HW/SW integration and debugging activities on real SoC.
  • Knowledge in shell scripting and Python
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Understanding of embedded systems, IO's, I2C, and other interconnect buses – Advantage
