Experienced Sales Account Manager
We're seeking an experienced commercial sales expert to join our global sales and account management team, and spearhead the growth of our MAAS (Mobility-As-A-Service) business. This pivotal role involves strategic negotiations with clients, commercial management, engagement with internal teams and partners to secure deals.
What will your job look like?
- Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with clients, focusing on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to align on deal strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Contractual Expertise: Review, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue while protecting the company's interests.
- Business Engagements: Build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on negotiation progress, key metrics, and pipeline development.
All you need is:
- BA in Business Management, Economics or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales with emphasis on commercial aspects and technology deals.
- Proven track record with complex negotiations, contracts and pricing models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle or mobility industry - Advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements - Advantage
