The position

General overview:
Mobileye’s marketing department crafts the company's messaging and manages the Mobileye brand globally. The department works to increase awareness of Mobileye technologies and innovation and generate demand for Mobileye products by developing marketing materials, digital campaigns, and events.
Mobileye develops and deploys some of the most technically sophisticated mobility and vehicle safety (ADAS) solutions available today and must stand out in a complex & competitive landscape. 
 
Role overview
In the marketing support role, the Field Marketing Coordinator will execute and support the different marketing initiatives of Mobileye North America. The Marketing Coordinator will own and be responsible for Mobileye North America conferences/tradeshows logistics and deliverables, evaluate their marketing campaigns results, and collaborate with the sales team in leads follow-up. The successful candidate will report to the Field Marketing Manager - North America.
This position is temporarily remote, with occasional days spent in the office, but eventually required to work in our Manhattan office in mid-town. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire conferences/tradeshows lifecycle and focus on lead generation
  • Coordinate conferences/tradeshows logistics and deliverables, including vendors, sales team support, budget, design, budget, etc. Track and evaluate conferences/tradeshows campaign results
  • Regularly research and evaluate additional opportunities to promote Mobileye IMS products and services.
  • Work closely with product marketing in the HQ Marketing department on Mobileye North America executive presentations, keynotes, speaking opportunities, and panels
  • Responsible for purchase order creation in NetSuite and act as the liaison between the Marketing and Finance departments for approvals
  • Support a wide variety of marketing activity, including, online campaigns, traditional media marketing and sales collateral.
  • Build relationships with Mobileye's partners and customers and support the creation of testimonials and case studies
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Analyze new and existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve current collateral when needed
  • Use company CRM to review lead status and help push leads through the sales funnel- analyze qualitative and quantitative data and follow-up with sales teams
  • Assist Mobileye North America Field Marketing Manager in additional responsibilities as assigned
