We are looking for a FinOps Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our cloud financial management strategy. This role bridges the gap between Finance, Engineering, and Product, ensuring that our cloud investments deliver maximum business value while maintaining cost efficiency.You will own the FinOps product vision, roadmap, and execution, building internal tools and processes to provide visibility, control, and optimization of cloud spend across AWS and GCP.
What will your job look like?
- Define and own the FinOps product roadmap, aligning with company goals.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and CloudOps teams to implement cost visibility, allocation, and optimization strategies.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and reporting tools for real-time cloud cost tracking and forecasting.
- Establish and enforce tagging and cost allocation frameworks across cloud environments.
All you need is:
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Cloud, or FinOps-related domains.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their billing/pricing models.
- Hands-on experience with FinOps practices: cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate cloud cost data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with both finance and engineering.
- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, BI dashboards (QuickSight), or scripting (Python, Excel modeling).Excellent communication and presentation skills.
