Mobileye HW Engineering Platform Group is seeking a highly motivated experience Hardware Development Project Manager to drive and monitor the execution of hardware development projects, specifically focusing on SoC/HW Platform, through all development phases. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and meet product-defined milestones and KPIs. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
What will your job look like:
- Manage various projects within the teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive and monitor the execution of hardware development projects (SoC/HW Platform) through all development phases.
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools as Jira.
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Excellent Hebrew & English written and oral communication .
- Experience autonomous driving technologies - an advantage .
- PMP certification- an advantage .
