We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our Information Systems and Integration team. The role includes implementing, maintaining, and enhancing integration and automation processes between internal and external systems, working with APIs, files, databases, and advanced iPaaS tools. The selected candidate will be involved in cross-organizational projects, take part in delivering technological solutions to business processes, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders. This position combines hands-on technical work with process-oriented thinking, analysis capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end integration solutions.
What your job will look like?
- You will implement integrations between various systems, build automation workflows, monitor existing processes, and troubleshoot issues.
- You will work with APIs, perform data transformations, and manage inbound and outbound file-based integrations.
- You will be responsible for designing new integrations and defining enhancements or changes to existing interfaces, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
- The role will also include investigating issues using SQL queries, analyzing data, and supporting critical business processes.
- You will document solutions, perform testing, continuously improve processes, and work both independently and as part of a dynamic, multi-interface team.
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience implementing or developing integrations/automation processes
- Experience working with APIs (REST / SOAP)
- Experience working with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV
- Experience with Integration / Ipaas tools - strong advantage for Workato\IConduct
- knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries
- Experience in integration QA, troubleshooting, and issue investigation
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technological solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- High self-learning capability and system-level thinking
- Good technical English
- Experience working with SaaS / Cloud environments
- Experience with EDI Protocols
- Experience in technical process design or working with internal customers
- Familiarity with API Management tools or additional integration platforms
