Mobileye's IT Lab Administrator provides advanced Linux, scripting, storage, network and Windows computing services support to the company’s laboratories in Haifa – Matam Parak
The position
What will your job look like?
- Supporting Mobileye lab owners with software, permissions, and IT hardware issues
- On-site arrival and support on Sunday to Thursday
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in system hardware, software, and networking and network security issues
- Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems, IT Hardware and Information security teams with troubleshooting
- Creating new tools as needed for better workflows, monitoring, and time-saving on going scripts.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals
- Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by Manager
- Preparing purchase requests for necessary HW & SW
- Change management, implementing updates, and conducting tests on labs computers prior to deployment to production
- Technological improvement for system owners
- On-site arrival and support on Sunday to Thursday
All you need is:
- 3 years of hands on experience with Linux
- Familiar with Ansible, Docker, Zabix
- Proven scripting and automation experience, Python, Bash, Powershell
- IT general knowledge in AD, GPO, permissions, networking, storage systems
- Strong understanding of system architecture
- IT Hardware experience (servers, PCs, Switches)
- Good people and communication skills
- Assertive, persistent, curious, customer support experience
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience and work with Jira is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
