How your job will look like:

The PM will provide consultancy, assistance, and coordination to drive technical decision-making processes.
Establish relationships with key internal and external partners
Responsible to ensure topics and other activities occur in the appropriate meetings and format.
Prepare background information and presentation material for the relevant meetings.
Establish priorities for the VP's calendar in concert with the PA, considering organizational and cross group schedules and commitments.
Attend and summarize technical meetings
Drive day to day schedule, operational and technical execution.
Manage associated activities, serve as a traffic cop, and process barrier remover.
Source technical documents, information and perform market research.

All you need is:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a business administration, industrial engineering or other relevant field
Fluent English
1-3 years of experience from strategic consulting company - Big advantage
1-3 years of relevant engineering / development work experience / knowledge about product engineering and product lifecycle management - big advantage
Strong analytical and technical acumen, project management skills, problem solving skills, ability to handle high degree of task and deadline pressure
Exceptional organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear messages.
Proactive, initiative, and able to multitask and prioritize independently.
Flexible and able to cope well with a dynamic environment
