Mobileye's IT Lab Administrator provides advanced Linux, scripting, storage, network and Windows computing services support to the company’s Laboratories in Jerusalem.
The position
What will your job look like?
- Supporting Mobileye lab owners with software, permissions, and hardware issues
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in system hardware, software, and networking
- Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Information security teams with troubleshooting
- Creating new tools as needed for better workflows, monitoring, and time-saving on going scripts.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, datacenter peripherals, desktops, and laptops
- Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by Manager
- Preparing purchase requests for necessary HW & SW
- On-site arrival and support on Sunday to Thursday
All you need is:
- 3 years of hands on experience with Linux
- IT general knowledge in Active Directory, group policy, permissions, networking, security, storage systems
- Datacenters and hardware experience, including servers, cabling, switches
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiar with Ansible, Docker, Zabbix
- Proven scripting and automation experience, Python, Bash, Powershell
- Assertive, persistent, curious, customer support experience
- Good people and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
