What will your job look like:
- Take ownership of complex debugging and issue resolution across real-time systems and multi-domain software.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to 2–3 integration engineers.
- Collaborate closely with development, validation, and release teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Design and implement automation tools to enhance integration and validation workflows.
- Lead adoption of new protocols, architectures, and tools, driving technical innovation.
All you need is:
- BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in software integration and deep system-level debugging.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide engineers technically.
- Strong coding skills in Python/C++/Java (3+ years) – must.
- Solid experience with Linux (user space) and bash scripting – must.
- Experience with Ethernet protocols; CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Git/GitLab – advantage.
- Background in embedded software – advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
