The position

You will join Mobileye's Information Systems domain as part of the LMS team. The team is responsible for providing ongoing system administration and support, gathering business requirements and designing learning solutions and implementing onboarding workspace and training libraries for units and more.

In this role, you will identify knowledge gaps, develop, implement, and manage training programs for various internal business customers, including the Information Systems domain and R&D units. You will also collaborate with the Learning and Development HR unit to create learning materials and deliver support to key stakeholder.

What will your job look like:

Supporting and advising users and workspace managers on best practices within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Developing and delivering learning materials and training programs, including onboarding content.
Executing implementations and designs in the learning system.
Managing and operating the ticketing system to provide service to internal customers

All you need is:

Over 2 years of experience as an LMS administrator (experience with Docebo / Cornerstone / Blossom)—must.
Proven experience of over 3 years in developing technical, software, or systems training materials in collaboration with R&D SMEs - must.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Storyline, and other eLearning tools.
High-level English writing skills (native-level - an advantage).
Hands-on experience with design tools like Illustrator, Figma, and video editing.
Experience implementing learning technology solutions— an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies or an equivalent qualification— an advantage.
Customer service experience— an advantage.
A proactive, positive, and "can-do" approach, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.

Our hybrid policy: 4 days in the office. 3 days in Jerusalem, 1 day at another site (Petah Tikva/ Tel Aviv /Ramat Gan), and 1 day remote.
