We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to serve as Senior Local Project Execution Lead, leading India-specific delivery of ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle products. The role focuses on hands-off, eyes-on (L2++) driving and parking functions and requires a hands-on leader with strong customer-facing experience who can combine execution excellence with deep technical product understanding. The goal is to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to help transform transportation and shape the future of mobility. What will your job look like:
- Lead local execution of L2++ ADAS programs including NOP, driving, and parking functions, translating system and product requirements into committed delivery plans with consistent on-time milestones and release performance.
- Serve as the primary local interface to the OEM customer, in close alignment with the global project team.
- Support program scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across perception, sensor fusion, path planning, control algorithms, validation, and vehicle integration, ensuring high delivery predictability.
- Drive execution governance and support decision-making, ensuring clear ownership, rapid issue resolution, and minimal late-stage escalations impacting delivery or quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional and partner teams including internal engineering, sensor suppliers, contract manufacturers, and OEMs to ensure stable integration, validation readiness, and tight control of the critical path.
- Deliver India-ready L2++ solutions that address local traffic behavior, regulatory requirements, validation environments, localization, and cost targets without scope or schedule overruns.
- Own program health and quality, proactively removing bottlenecks to improve delivery velocity, first-time-right releases, validation pass rates, and overall KPI performance.
All you need is:
- More than 10 years of experience in technical roles, preferably in systems engineering and/or systems validation, with ADAS and AV expertise.
- More than 5 years of experience in project management, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management.
- B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science. M.Tech or MBA are a strong advantage.
- PMP or SAFe Agile certification is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, written and spoken. Fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India including Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi.
- Experience working with Mobileye products is a strong advantage.
