About the team:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Test Engineer to join our testing team. The engineer will be responsible for performing mechanical, environmental, and reliability tests on various products and components, ensuring compliance with company and international standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, precise, and capable of operating test equipment, documenting results, and supporting product development and qualification processes.
What will your job look like?
- Conduct mechanical tests including tensile, compression, drop, and impact testing.
- Perform environmental tests such as temperature, humidity, and thermal shock.
- Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment and monitoring systems.
- Prepare test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation according to test procedures.
- Record and analyze test data, generate test reports, and communicate results to engineers.
- Ensure tests comply with relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD, IEC, ISO).
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Assist in developing and improving test methods and documentation.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. or higher Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Chemical or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical or environmenta l testing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience operating environmental test equipment.
- Experience with computerized test automation systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and test specifications.
- Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Background in the automotive industry.
- Experience with automotive environmental standards and qualification tests.
