The position

ME Tier1 Customer Support & Supply Chain team is responsible to align to Company Business Development needs & to provide professional input & support based on those needs.
The responsibilities are broad ranging from foundation setup of strategy, contract alignment, logistic processes and direct customer/ OEM/CM support, interaction & representation.
At project SOP, team activities shift to daily support of customer whether it be forecasting/POs/credit management/shipments/RMAs.
ME Tier1 Customer Support & Supply Chain team are at a focal point both with regards to Business development strategies & internal company integration of the business won.

What will Your job look like :

  • Preform as a business development integrator for Mobileye key platform projects & brands - ADAS, SuperVision & Autonomous Driving
  • Proactive engagement with OEMs, Tier1, Customers & Contract Manufacturers
  • Integral part of direct Customer & CM negotiations on broad project platform requirements - leading brand /secondary brands
  • Organizational Lead for integration between company strategy & departments supporting Mobileye key platform projects.
  • Initiating & leading internal project alignment meetings, focusing both on broad and specific team integration, action items & catch-up sessions.
  • Senior Lead for professional feedback on project requirements, official documents, process setup & implementation of Supply Chain/ Logistic/O.M/credit/RMA support
  • Support of project requirement characterization of OEM EDI platform setup at Mobileye, for communicate on production, supply, invoicing & RMA related topics.
  • Characterization of EDI flow & integration between Customer, supplier & CM IS
  • Upholding/ refinement of Mobileye's Tier1 Customer Support system characterization according to specific – evolving project requirements (focus on warranty, RMA & integration with additional company IS)
  • Tier1 Customer Support POC for RMA
  • Responsible for project baseline and action item setup, recording & pursuit.
  • Company representation in OEM/CM Workshops abroad
  • General support of evolving project/ platform requirements & resolutions, & of dedicated team assignments

All you need is:

  • 10+ years of experience in this field
  • Experience in direct interaction with OEMs & manufacturers.
  • Experience in formal negotiations
  • Experience in leading large scale project planning & setup E2E
  • Business trips abroad – Must!
  • Fluent English (verbal & written) – Must!.
  • Professional Experience/ Knowledge in multiple & diverse positions e.g.: Operations/ Supply Chain/ Sales/ Planning/ Production/procurement/Tier1 Support/ PM/ Trade/ regulatory & quality compliance
  • Creation of Company presentations & process Flows related to key platform projects.
  • BA - Industry & Management
  • Work from office at Mobileye Campus in Jerusalem (evolving company policy dictates amount of office workdays & possibly hybrid work (with direct Manager's approval)
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry - bonus
