Mobileye North America is seeking a Pre-Sales Support Analyst to join our Intelligent Mobility Solution division. This role is integral to the pre-sale stages of Mobileye’s aftermarket collision avoidance systems, including the pilot & proof of concept stages. The Pre-Sales Support Analyst will support the sales team to ensure pilots run smoothly, customer data is analyzed and interpreted, and the customer’s ROI is understandable. This role will also collaborate with logistics team, technical team, and will interact often with Mobileye’s customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm with a self-confident disposition that resonates with customers, partners, and colleagues. Technical depth, gravitas, effective presentation skills, and strong personal presence are essential to the success of this role.

As we transition from working from home, the position requires working in our office in mid-town Manhattan office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mobileye collision avoidance pilot methodology and successfully demonstrate the different Mobileye solution validation pilots to customers
  • Analyze various types of data in different forms and create visually compelling presentations to be presented to customers
  • Engage with customers through weekly calls during the pilot to ensure the success of the proof of concept
  • Present to customers various types of data in a way that is easy for the customer to understand
  • Develop new ways to demonstrate ROI to prospective customers
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers throughout pre-sales pilot process
  • Collaborate with internal cross functions to ensure successful pilot installation
  • Work with Mobileye’s integrated telematics partners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical demonstrations of Mobileye’s Connect Platform
  • Assist customers with the setup of telematics devices

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Analytical mind; ability to tell a story through data
  • Highly proficient in MS Suites – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, and good organizational skills
  • Able to work in the US
