The position

We are looking for a senior hands-on SW automation developer and tech lead with an aspiration for a team manager role to lead System validation flows development for autonomous vehicle CI and SW release procedure. The role also include support of tools and test framework empowerment.

In this position, you will lead an experienced team of SW developers and automation engineers architecting, deploying, Integrating and supporting Mobileye’s cutting-edge platform system ecosystems in a comprehensive embedded environment.

What will your job look like?

Lead and mentor team of 5 - 7 talented Automation engineers
Work closely with other development, CI and integration teams
Responsible for the development and maintenance of test content and automation tools for the autonomous vehicle system and E2E flow
Support integration and stabilization of tests in the CI
Develop, document, and maintain the test strategy and test scenarios
Lead Debug and Solve complex SW issues

All you need is:

BSc in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years' experience as an automation/sw developer engineer
Strong knowledge in Python - at least 3 years of experience
Previous experience as a team lead - a significant advantage
Knowledge in Linux environment - must
Knowledge in CI/CD tools - Jenkins and GIT
Ability to work independently on various tasks while providing a clear picture about the status of your team
Excellent communication and management skills
Fluent in English
