Radar Products Technical Business Development manager
Join us at the forefront of the Autonomous Driving revolution! As a Radar Products Technical Business Development manager, you'll lead and innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, that transforms the driving experience and safety of all.
What will your job look like?
- Drive Business Development: Educate the market, drive and secure new business opportunities focused on Mobileye's radar sensors and Partners' radars.
- Lead Responses to RFIs and RFQs: Provide technical guidance, prioritize stakeholder requirements, and manage response timelines to secure new opportunities.
- Lead Demos: Conduct demos and engage with OEMs on use cases, sensor configurations, and features.
- Collaborate with R&D Teams: Work with experts in RF, algorithms, perception, software, system engineering, validation, and cybersecurity to help customers evaluate our products.
- Evaluate 3rd Party ADAS Radars: Support technical assessments and competitive analysis.
- Define Deliverables: Create application-level deliverables for our software-defined digital imaging radar, including reference designs, application notes, and testing/debugging.
- Communicate with Management: Keep leadership informed of progress and challenges.
- Participate in Industry Events: Represent the company at conferences and events.
- Shape the Future: Contribute to the definition of next-generation imaging radars.
- Travel Internationally: Expect travel 1-2 times per quarter, from the West Coast to Japan.
- Grow with Us: Potential to evolve into a managerial role.
All you need is:
- Educational Background: strong technical background. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautics Engineering, etc.).
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role with expertise in automotive radars or mmWave systems. Experience with automotive Tier1, OEM, or Tier2 is a plus. Multicultural experience is a must.
- Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong ownership mindset and customer focus.
- Location: Ideally based in Petach Tikva, with periodic travel to the Jerusalem office. Expect at least 4 days in the office.
- Language: Fluent in English.
