Mobileye Inc. is seeking a Sales Operation Support to join our Operations team in North America’s Intelligent Mobility Solution division.
 
The successful candidate will assist the Operations team in supporting the order fulfillment process from start to finish and act as an internal, cross-functional support for the Sales team. Sales Operation Support will help to manage all product inventory while ensuring on-time deliveries to our customers to ensure the company reaches the sales goals each year. The candidate will collaborate with team members in the Sales, Operations, and Finance Departments and manage the integrity and accuracy of the data maintained in Mobileye’s CRM and ERP.
 
The candidate will be based in the Manhattan, NY office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders via Salesforce by working with Sales team to create/edit quotes
  • Fulfill customer orders through Netsuite and collaborate with warehouse for timely delivery
  • Maintain accuracy of Salesforce including data entry, sales records, pipelines, and sales forecasts
  • Meet weekly with Operations Manager to review sales forecast vs inventory levels
  • Assist in procuring inventory from Headquarters in Israel
  • Maintain updated product price lists and reference documentation for the sales team
  • Work with Finance department to setup new customers and create customer invoices
  • Improve processes, dashboards, and reports within Salesforce
  • Alert representatives of urgent issues and give timely updates on order status and delivery details
  • Create and distribute weekly sales activity and ad-hoc reports to the appropriate representatives 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics/Order Fulfillment, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with NetSuite – an advantage
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in time sensitive situations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to work in U.S and operate from NYC office
