The position

About the Group:
In this position, you will join our information systems team and take part in Salesforce's ever-growing tasks.
Salesforce is the main division's tool, and as such, often there are new and interesting projects of adding functionalities and modules.

What your job will look like:

  • Customizing and implementing solutions in Salesforce platform supporting business processes and needs
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into a clear and efficient process configured in Salesforce
  • Understand data flow and integration between different information systems
  • Working closely with key stakeholders from the different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Legal 
  • Perform as a Salesforce Admin maintaining custom objects, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and manage users and profiles and roles
  • Support Tire1-2 users, guide and train them

All you need is:

  • BS.c in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
  • 1-3 years experience as Salesforce Admin – Mandatory
  • Proven ability to design and implement the new process on SFDC
  • Experience with CPQ, Salesforce Community and Lighting – advantage
  • certification – advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical background combined with a business orientation
  • Fluent English - a must
