We are looking for a Release Manager who thrives on driving complex software releases across multiple teams and platforms. In this role, you’ll lead the release lifecycle from planning through deployment, building tools and processes that keep development moving at scale.
What your job will look like:
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end release process for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) software products.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for build, integration, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, integration, QA, product, and project teams to ensure smooth releases with high quality and minimal risk.
- Monitor progress and performance across the release lifecycle, using metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Manage release schedules, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Own communication for all release-related plans, statuses, and changes—keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of release artifacts, procedures, and configurations.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies in CI/CD, software configuration management, and DevOps.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – required.
- At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally in release management, DevOps, or software engineering roles - required.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins – advantage.
- Programming/scripting experience, preferably with Python – advantage.
- M.Sc., MBA, or experience working with large-scale software systems - advantage.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Hebrew.
