Mobileye is seeking a highly capable and driven Process Engineer for a maternity leave replacement role. We are looking for a fast learner with strong analytical thinking and a “big-picture mindset,” who can quickly step into a dynamic environment, take ownership, and deliver results under pressure. This position is temporary for ~9 months.
What will your job look like:
- Take ownership of existing processes and ensure continuity, stability, and performance.
- Lead and execute process improvement and engineering projects.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Legal, Sales, Projects Management).
- Interface directly with customers: present findings, address technical issues, and provide clear, professional communication.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Support ongoing production activities and resolve real-time issues .
All you need is:
- Experience in process engineering / manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience, including roles such as Project Manager or Product Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic (“big picture”) thinking.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly ramp up on complex systems.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.
- Strong interest in AI.
- Fluent in English.
