Technical Assistant for COO

What your job will look like:

• Act as a key support partner to the COO, helping drive execution across operational and technical domains
• Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery
• Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes
• Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps
• Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
• Manage and maintain the COO's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications)
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
• Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree – preference for a technical field, but open to others based on experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness
• Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
