Mobileye is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join the company's AV Infrastructure Development group and supporting a major AV project the scalable execution and delivery of projects to our automotive customers. This is a complex and dynamic role requiring getting hold of Mobileye's complex product delivery, constant planning and problem solving and communication internally with many stockholders, and outside with international and external customers.
What will your job look like:
- Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
- Communicate with the automotive client on exact technical needs.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
- Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
- Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
- Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
- Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
All you need is:
- 3+ years of experience of technical project management.
- Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Relevant Engineering degree.
- Experience in customer facing technical project / program management.
- Experience collaborating with software engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational and management skills.
- Vehicle industry experience - advantage.
- Fluent English and Hebrew
