We are looking for a skilled, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented Tier 1 Support Engineer (m/w/d) to join our growing Data Collection team, providing global engineering, service, and support. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical assistance, ensuring seamless operations for our customers worldwide.

What will your job look like

  • Provide remote technical support, troubleshooting issues encountered in the field.
  • Develop quick, creative, and effective solutions for diverse system setups.
  • Travel internationally at short notice to deliver on-site, hands-on support for complex technical challenges.
  • Play a key role in project kickoffs, supporting campaign launches across multiple countries.

All you need is

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support or an engineering-related role.
  • Proven Linux expertise, particularly in scripting and automation.
  • A strong multidisciplinary understanding of ECU, microprocessors, network devices, sensors, and system integrations.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
